About Brad Honnold

Brad Honnold is a founding member of Goza & Honnold, LLC, a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Overland Park, Kansas. Mr. Honnold is a 1989 graduate, with distinction of the University of Iowa College of Law. He has practiced in the Kansas City area since that time. Abstract

Several decades after the start of prescription of Opioids in the late 1990s, the Opioids Crisis has become extremely rampant. This short-term relief created long-term after-effects with the alarming number of victims and thousands of filed lawsuits. Unjust enrichment and engaging in fraudulent and negligent conduct have been the common complaint of plaintiffs.
