Psychological Associates’ Executive Vice President Thomas Brooks, Ph.D. is the keynote speaker who will discuss “Using Psychology to Improve Business Valuations.” The event is free and open to the public.
Dr. Brooks will discuss evaluating pre-merger talent, assessing a leadership team’s strengths and weaknesses, and insuring capable backups in case of key position departures and retirements.
