Guaranteed Tournament Prizes in December and Christmas Day Play Available at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Poker Room

Dover, DE, November 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- December will feature seven no-limit Texas Hold’em tournaments with more than $50,000 in guaranteed prizes across two weekends at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Poker Room from Dec. 14-16 and Dec. 28-31.

For the first time, Dover Downs will be open for gaming every day in December, including Christmas on Tuesday, Dec. 25.

The tournaments begin on Friday, Dec. 14 at 11:15 a.m. with a Survivor event featuring five $1,000 payouts. A $10,000-guaranteed tournament follows on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 11:15 a.m., as well as a $3,500-guaranteed event on Sunday, Dec. 16 at 11:15 a.m.

On Christmas week, the schedule begins with a $10,000-guaranteed tournament on Friday, Dec, 28 at 11:15 a.m. A $20,000-guaranteed tournament is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 29 at 11:15 a.m., followed by a $4,000-guaranteed tournament on Sunday, Dec. 30 at 11:15 a.m. and a $2,000-guaranteed tournament on New Year’s Eve, Monday, Dec. 31 at 11:15 a.m.

There will be a limited number of $49-per-night hotel rooms for players who participate in the Dec. 14-16 and Dec. 28-30 tournaments.
