Adoptions From The Heart’s Gift Card Drive is Back for the 2018 Holiday Season

Philadelphia, PA, December 04, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Adoptions From The Heart (AFTH) invites the public to contribute to the 501 C-3 non-profit’s Gift Card Drive to bring some holiday cheer to the selfless birth parents whom the agency has serviced. The holiday season is a joyous time of year; however, for many, it can be a time that brings a lot of stress and financial burden. Many of the birth parents who placed a child through the agency live paycheck-to-paycheck, and struggle to support themselves and their children.

It is the highlight of every parent’s year when they get to see their child light up opening their presents. Last year, the Gift Card Drive successfully donated $12,000 worth of gift cards to birth parents in need. For Tyler, receiving a gift card from Adoptions From The Heart’s Gift Card Drive in 2016 meant more than just financial relief. She mailed the agency a hand-wrote letter expressing her gratitude.

“I would like to thank AFTH with everything in me. My kids and I appreciate this awesome gift at a time when it is needed the most. It is truly a blessing! Now I can sleep at night knowing they will have something to open on Christmas. Thank you so much AFTH,” said Tyler, AFTH gift card recipient.
