Southern Fusion Dining Takes Over Heaven Café in 2019 to Focus on New Dining Experience

McDonough, GA, March 06, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Southern Fusion Dining formerly known Heaven Café, located south of Atlanta in Locust Grove, announces it will roll out a new brand in the first quarter of 2019. Heaven Café, which will now be named Southern Fusion Dining, will maintain good quality food that is fresh and prepared to order. They will soon reveal their rebranding that will enhance the dining experience with a new name, refreshed look and new additions to the menu.

The owner and executive chef, Mr. Paul Lewis, recognizes that all of the senses must be satisfied for a memorable dining experience. Therefore, they are making changes within the family owned restaurant and updating their brand to optimize the customer experience. Heaven Café, to be known as Southern Fusion Dining, wants their customers to capture Chef Paul’s creative mind and passion for food.

In the first quarter of 2019, the casual, family style restaurant will be transformed to welcome a midtown or Buckhead experience in the heart of Locust Grove. The statistic was part of a research included in the National Restaurant Association's 2017 “State of the Industry” report.

Creating a modern atmosphere with a fresh concept that can improve the customer’s experience is one of the top areas that Heaven Café is focusing on with their new brand. The restaurant will remain open continuously throughout the holidays and into the new year. They are open for breakfast and lunch from Wednesday through Sunday and serving the Chef's Special Dinner on Fridays. In addition, they serve a unique brunch on Sunday. Holiday specials will also be available throughout the season.
