She has served as both Director of Business Development and Broker/Branch Manager in her previous firm, Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee, Certified Mediator and Ombudsman for the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® and as a Continuing Education Real Estate Instructor for the State of Nevada. In the community, Jen has served as the Vice President of the Caughlin Ranch Elementary PTA, Area Cheer Coordinator for the Reno Huskies Sierra Youth Football League, and is a fundraiser for the Reno High School Football Program.
