Crystal Clear Technologies Awarded Prime Contract on ITES-3S, Army’s $12.1 Billion IDIQ
St. Petersburg, FL, January 07, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Crystal Clear Technologies, Inc. (CCT), a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), has announced that it has been awarded a prime contractor position on the US Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions, also known as “ITES-3S,” an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
ITES-3S IDIQ includes a full range of services and solutions necessary to satisfy and support Federal Government enterprise IT infrastructure goals and has a five-year base with four, one-year option periods (9 years) with a $12.1 billion ceiling. ITES-3S is a follow-on award to the ITES-2S contract that was awarded to 16 prime contractors in 2006.
Managed by the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, the hybrid (cost, firm-fixed-price, and time-and-materials) contract is expected to be the Army’s preferred mechanism to acquire IT-related services worldwide. The vehicle was specifically crafted to be utilized not only as a strategic source of IT solutions for the Army, but also is available to all DoD and Federal Agencies making it an attractive IT contracting vehicle.

Under this contract, CCT will compete to provide best-of-breed enterprise IT solutions to include the delivery of Cybersecurity Services; IT Services; Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation; Network/System Operation and Maintenance; Telecommunications/System Operation and Maintenance; Business Process Reengineering; IT Supply Chain Management; and IT Education and Training.
