Simon Appoints New Area Operations Director to Kittery Premium Outlets
Simon Property Group has appointed a new Area Operations Director for Kittery Premium Outlets. Matthew Volpe has joined the team at Kittery Premium Outlets, bringing with him 30+ years of facilities management expertise.
Kittery, ME, January 09, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Simon, a leading global retail real estate company, has announced that Maine resident Matthew Volpe will step in to the position of area operations director. In this role, Matthew will be responsible for overseeing all operational functions, projects, construction, and contracted services at Kittery Premium Outlets, among other things.
Volpe brings with him 30 years of technical and engineering experience to Simon Property Group. Most recently, he was a regional facilities manager for CBRE, overseeing the integrated facilities management team supporting 29 Schneider Electric I&M sites across the United States and Canada. His wealth of facilities management skills and leadership experience make him uniquely qualified to tackle the task at hand.
