Keller Williams Gulf Beaches of Pinellas, part of the Chadwick Group, announced today a merger with David and Wendy Lockhart of Lockhart & Associates Real Estate.
St. Pete Beach, FL, January 30, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Keller Williams Gulf Beaches of Pinellas, part of the Chadwick Group, announced today a merger with David and Wendy Lockhart of Lockhart & Associates Real Estate. The offices will operate under the Keller Williams Realty brand with Troy Walseth as Managing Director of the Lockhart & Walseth Team. The current Lockhart office will remain and operate out of 7001 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL.
David and Wendy Lockhart started their real estate career with Keller Williams in 2007. With the business knowledge, models and fundamentals under their belt, they opened their own independent brokerage in 2012. Never veering far from the business models, they learned at KW, the Lockhart Group grew their brokerage to be one of the most productive and sought after, real estate companies serving the Gulf Beaches.
