Sunset Records Presents the Sunset Urban Showcase World Premiere Concert Party

New York, NY, March 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Sunset Urban Records showcase will feature performances by many of the emerging Sunset Urban acts with a special preview of the new D’Cyple, For My People CD. The show will be hosted by one of the most promising hip-hop stars, Knowledge. “Urban music is one of the most amazing success stories in the music industry,” said Don Lichterman, the founder and head of Sunset Urban Records, “I cannot wait to see our artists perform for us in a live setting.”

Doors will open at 7PM and the live show will start at 9PM followed by the after party.

The White Gate is located at 1222 Putnam Avenue (Between Evergreen & Central) in Brooklyn, New York.

Event producer Ronald C. Bullock set up the showcase to expose his new unique signings at the new upstart record label - such as Paula Perry, Captain Crunk, Blackwell, Kingsbridge Dee, Rican Rebelz, Lil Dynomite and B.L.O. will round off the showcase to Sunset Urban fans and industry people. Captain Crunks Hell Of A Drug CD will be in stores on May 20th, Blackwell’s Heartbreak CD will be in stores on June 3rd and then Paula Perry’s Godmommy CD will be in stores on June 17th. Expect new CDs by B.L.O., Kingsbridge Dee, Rican Rebelz and Lil Dynomite by the end of the year.

“This is a the most exciting time for Bomb Baby Productions as we continue to evolve and take important steps towards supporting indie acts” said Ronald C. Bullock, the Head of A&R at Sunset Urban. Bullock will also preview the D’Cyple, For My People CD throughout the evening.

This Urban music showcase will no doubt be an incredible night for these new music artists at Sunset. The tickets are $5 for the low amounts of tickets available to the general public while industry professionals, media contacts and radio people are invited to make complimentary reservations to attend the showcase and/or interview these artists by contacting Ronald Bullock.

The entire show will also be made available as a live download with Sunset Live (www.Sunset-Live.com) the next day. The live sets will also be made available at all stores that sell downloads, streams and ringtones.
