He has extensive experience in providing economic and statistical analysis in securities class actions and ERISA litigation. He has also assisted numerous clients in responding to formal investigations and requests for data and analyses from regulatory entities such as the FTC, the SEC, offices of State Attorneys General, and self-regulating organizations such as FINRA and U.S. stock exchanges.
