Robert Daly is the New Owner of Fishman & Associates in Venice, Florida

Venice, FL, February 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Robert (Bob) Daly is the new owner of Fishman & Associates, a food service design company based in Venice, Florida. He purchased the business from the company founder Charles “CJ” Fishman. Bob has more than 30 years of experience as an operations and engineering executive. That includes more than 12 years with successful high-tech startups. His recent position was vice president of engineering and operations for Ocean Optics, the world’s leader in miniaturized spectrometers.

Fishman & Associates provides food service design to diverse clients including: assisted living and retirement centers, healthcare facilities, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, country clubs, churches, clubhouses, resorts and more. The company has expertise in food service design, kitchen, bar and dining room layout, equipment specification, cost budgeting, refrigeration, and fabrication for new and remodeled food service facilities.
