All Points Announces Additional Strategic Changes to Its Executive Leadership Team
Merritt Island, FL, February 07, 2019 --(PR.com)-- All Points Logistics (All Points), a leading provider of technical and management support services to the U.S. Government and its prime contractors, announces today two new additions to their Executive Leadership Team. Glenn Sain has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development and Proposal Management, and Ed Scarborough has been named Senior Vice President of Business Development. These additions complete the strategic reorganization of the team, first announced last month.
Glenn Sain brings over 30 years of Program Management, Business Development, and Proposal Management experience, with a focus on Army and Air Force markets. Prior to his promotion, he served as All Points’ Director of Business Development. Before joining the All Points team in 2013, Mr. Sain held senior management positions at SAIC, with a focus on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and intelligence (C4I) at Fort Belvoir, NORAD/NORTHCOM, and the Pacific Air Forces. Mr. Sain is on the Board of Directors of the Dusty Elam Foundation, a Tennessee-based organization that provides for special needs children and their families, and volunteers as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT).
Ed Scarborough, joined the All Points Business Development team in 2013, is currently Vice President and General Manager for the company’s Florida Operations, and has accepted additional duties as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, where he will oversee all Task Order based acquisitions. Mr. Scarborough came to All Points after 33 years supporting NASA’s Space Shuttle program, where he served in a variety of technical, management, and leadership roles with Lockheed Martin, United Space Alliance, and InDyne, Inc.
“With these additions, the strategic realignment of our Executive Leadership Team is complete,” stated Phil Monkress, All Points President and CEO. “The collective experience, skills, and talents on this team accelerate our ability to drive organizational growth through creative, innovative, and strategic collaboration.”
