Medicare Supplement Insurance Association Spring Awareness Campaign Announced
A Spring consumer awareness campaign is being launched by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance. The effort will support the nearly 1,000 Medicare insurance agents listed on the national directory of Medicare insurance specialists.
Los Angeles, CA, February 15, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Consumer awareness of the benefits of consulting with local Medicare Supplement insurance specialists will be the focus of a new American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance campaign.
"Consumers who are eligible for Medicare insurance options are more confused than ever by the enormous and growing number of options they have to choose from," explains Jesse Slome, director of the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI). "From television ads to mailboxes filled with solicitations, it's become incredibly hard to decide what is the best option for a particular need or set of personal circumstances."
Individuals can benefit from connecting with local Medicare insurance independent experts who can provide education and help evaluate choices and options.
"To help consumers connect with local Medicare insurance agents, we maintain the only national directory that is free and completely anonymous for the user," Slome notes. "Consumers simply enter their Zip Code to see a listing of Medicare-savvy insurance agents in their area. You see their information and can decide if you want to connect with one or more, or none."
The Association will be undertaking a Spring educational and awareness campaign to promote the directory. The effort will target online as well as print-based media exposure. "This is an enormous free benefit and resource available for consumers," Slome cites. "Our goal is to create awareness so that more individuals know the resource is available for their use."
