Debt Shield Releases New Welcome DVD
New Welcome DVD provides valuable information for debt settlement clients.
Columbia, MD, March 26, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Debt Shield, an award-winning Maryland-based debt settlement company, is releasing an originally produced Welcome DVD for all new clients.
Debt Shield executives decided to produce the DVD as a way to present the array of complex paperwork and enrollment information in a more user-friendly and easily understood way.
“We still include detailed information about client responsibilities, what to expect from the program and helpful resources,” said Debt Shield President John Gourdin, “but now the information is presented in a much friendlier way.”
Clients can also see the “faces behind the Shield” as their host walks them through Debt Shield’s building and introduces debt consultants, client advocates, negotiators and even interviews with Debt Shield executives. The DVD includes instructions on getting started in the program, helpful tips for staying organized, frequently asked questions and even outtakes and bloopers.
“The DVD is packed with useful information and is a great help for our clients,” said Brooke Silverberg, Debt Shield’s Training and Quality Monitoring Manager and the Welcome DVD host, “We also had a lot of fun putting the DVD together.”
Debt Shield has plans to put the new DVD on the Debt Shield Client Site so current clients can access it in the near future. Previously, new clients were sent a large packet of printed information about the program, their responsibilities, and all necessary forms.
