Southern Fusion Dining, formerly Heaven Café, will host a rebrand launch event on Friday, March 15, 2019 from 5:00pm to closing celebrate the rebranding of their restaurant.
Locust Grove, GA, March 07, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Southern Fusion Dining, formerly Heaven Café, announced they will host their official rebrand launch event on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 5:00pm to celebrate the rebranding of their restaurant. During the launch event, the public is invited to enjoy the new dining experience, refreshed restaurant and new additions to the menu. There will be live music, networking and door prizes. The launch event will be held from 5pm to closing at 656 Peeksville Road, Locust Grove, GA 30248.
Patrons will be able to experience the delight of eating masterful southern dishes that are infused with various cultural flavors to excite their palate. Chef Paul Lewis, the culinary mastermind behind Southern Fusion’s creative dishes, will prepare a special tapas tray showcasing the new menu items. In creating the new menu, Chef Paul recognizes that all the senses must be satisfied for a memorable dining experience. All the food prepared at Southern Dining Fusion is fresh and prepared to order.
Chef Paul’s inspiration is to bring his signature southern fusion cuisines to the community. His successful and extensive culinary career includes being Sous Chef at Morehouse School of Medicine and Executive Chef and Director in the Office of Food & Services at Alabama State University. He also held chef positions at Sheridan and Coca Cola, and was a partner in the highly acclaimed Pecan Restaurant in College Park, GA. He has been featured on the Food Network and Atlanta Eats, and he has appeared in many culinary magazines.
With a vision to bring a sophisticated but eclectic style in the heart of Locust Grove, Southern Fusion Dining has transformed Heaven Café from a cafe experience into an updated restaurant brand that optimizes the customer experience.
