Tyto Athene Announces Appointment of Joanne Isham to Chair Its Executive Advisory Board
Tyto Athene, LLC announced today that its Executive Advisory Board (EAB), created to assist in implementing the Company’s strategy to capitalize on future growth opportunities, has appointed Joanne Isham as Chairperson.
Herndon, VA, March 14, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Tyto Athene, LLC, a market leader in solving complex operational challenges by making information securely available across myriad technologies worldwide for government customers, backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has announced today that it has formed an Executive Advisory Board (EAB) to assist in implementing the Company’s strategy to capitalize on future growth opportunities and that Joanne Isham has been appointed as Chairperson of the EAB. Among other matters the EAB will provide counsel with respect to acquisition strategies, Government relations, and market capitalization opportunities. The EAB will also provide Government outreach programs to facilitate the Company’s business plans worldwide.
Ms. Isham retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after a distinguished career as an Intelligence professional. Career highlights included serving as: Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where she managed day-to-day operations; Deputy Director for Science and Technology at the CIA, where she served as the senior technical advisor to the Director of Central Intelligence managing the research, development, deployment and operation of technical intelligence programs of national importance and was a co-founder of In-Q-Tel; and CIA’s Director of Congressional Affairs. Ms. Isham also served in the Community Management Staff, where she developed and reviewed the National Intelligence Program Budget, and as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Reconnaissance Office. Since leaving Government service, Ms. Isham has continued to support our nation as both an advisor to Government and private sector organizations.
