Neil Rothstein Joins Barbuto & Johansson as Of Counsel

Wellington, FL, March 14, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Barbuto & Johansson are pleased to announce that Neil Rothstein, Esq. has joined the firm “Of Counsel” and “Director of Class Action Plaintiff Relations.” Mr. Rothstein comes to the firm from Kahn, Swick & Foti, LLC, after moving from Akron, Ohio to Miami, Florida. Mr. Rothstein recently completed seventeen years serving as Special Counsel to a philanthropic fund in a high-profile securities class action lawsuit. Neil was the only attorney to make it from the first day of the case until the very end, which settled for $100 million dollars. Previous lawyers tried to obtain a $6 million settlement, but Neil and his client successfully blocked these efforts. Mr. Rothstein and Barbuto & Johansson are thrilled with this new arrangement, and will continue the protection of plaintiffs in class actions and other matters, as Neil has done since 1988.
