MakeModel and Goldberg Team Up to Develop New App
MakeModel, the visual trivia game, is partnering with wrestling champion Bill Goldberg to promote their new app.
St. Louis, MO, March 14, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Digital start-up MakeModel is pleased to announce a partnership with WCW and WWE Champion and actor Bill Goldberg. Famous for his wins in the ring as well as his extensive knowledge of cars, Mr. Goldberg is an avid car collector and regular contributor to “CarCast,” the popular automotive podcast hosted by Adam Carolla.
MakeModel is developing a visual trivia game app that challenges players to identify vehicles of all makes and models. Represented by founder Mark McCracken, MakeModel is one of five start-ups participating in the Capital Innovators Spring 2019 accelerator program. The app will be available for download in April 2019.
“I’ve worked with Mark for years,” explained Mr. Goldberg. “When he showed me the MakeModel prototype game, I immediately got it and started playing. This game is so much fun, I asked what I could do to help get it to market.”
Mr. Goldberg and MakeModel will collaborate to promote the app through social media and other avenues. “I am thrilled to have Goldberg on board,” said Mr. McCracken. “His energy and enthusiasm for the game is contagious and I look forward to our partnership.
MakeModel will also develop game features that Goldberg can use to extend the reach of the game. “I can’t wait to challenge my friends and fans to a game of MakeModel,” Mr. Goldberg explained. With celebrity car collectors included among his friends and millions of fans, Goldberg will have plenty of potential competitors for his MakeModel “Who’s Next?” challenge.
