Kim Cosentino, has been promoted to the position of Director of Software Technical Support effective December 1, 2018. “I’m extremely excited about my new position at GMS as Director of Software Technical Support. As a member of the service and support team for over 21 years, we have gone through many changes with the development of the software and the service support team has been resilient, diligent and persistent in providing the level of quality service and support our GMS clients deserve and have become accustomed to. Effective February 1, 2019, Duane Scott has been promoted to the position of Director of Software Quality Assurance. “As our accounting software developers continue to roll out updates to meet the ever-changing needs of our nonprofit accounting clients, we found it vital to create a new internal department to see to it that we are providing the best quality product available on the market today.
