Psychological Associates' Co-Founder Earns Lifetime Achievement Award
Company CEO Dr. Robert Lefton continues to lead 60-year-old business.

Dr. Lefton founded Psychological Associates (PA), a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, with Dr. Vic Buzzotta in 1958. Ann Buzzotta, daughter of the late Dr. Buzzotta, is the current co-owner of the company.
Dr. Lefton has remained an industry pioneer for six decades, transforming human resources from what was originally an administrative field focused on benefits and payroll to an area that can determine a company’s failure or success.
