Unexpected - Non-Profit Supporting Young, First-Time Mothers Launches in Raleigh, North Carolina

Raleigh, NC, April 02, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Unexpected provides services and support for young, first-time mothers that are experiencing financial hardship and do not have a traditional support system. Its most popular program is a three-month program offered to mothers under the age of 25, who make less than $30,000 per year, and do not have a traditional support system. The program, personalized to each mother’s needs, includes workshops, child care assistance, resume review and writing, educational consultation, budgeting assistance, interview preparation, and mentoring. This program is vital to help young moms overcome and balance the fine line between working and affording child care on minimum wages.
