Green and Spiegel, LLC continues to grow its immigration law practice, expanding upon business and family immigration services by adding two new associate attorneys to the team.
Philadelphia, PA, April 05, 2019 --(PR.com)-- International immigration lawfirm Green and Spiegel shows continued growth in 2019 with the addition of two new associate attorneys Catriona Davenport and Ashley Hogan. Catriona now leads the Family Immigration Department, as she focuses her practice in helping foreign nationals join family members and spouses in the United States. Ashley focuses her practice on the firm’s larger corporate clients, preparing filings with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and navigating Consular Processing with U.S. Consulates and Embassies around the world. With the demand for immigration services on the rise, Green and Spiegel is excited to leverage their unique skills.

Catriona Davenport is an Associate Attorney based out of the Firm’s Philadelphia office. She is a native of Ireland and completed a Bachelor of Law in 2016 at University College Cork, and a Master of Law (LLM) at the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017. Prior to her current position, Catriona was a Law Clerk at the Firm for almost a year and half. During this time, she gained experience in many different areas of immigration law before transitioning to her current role.
Ashley Hogan is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. Her passion for immigration stems from her personal background as a child of an immigrant, as her maternal family emigrated from Iran. Ashley has an array of experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases, marriage and family-based cases, and naturalization applications. She has prepared complex responses to Requests for Evidence, particularly related to H-1B, L, and I-140 filings, covering specialty occupation, right to control, maintenance of status, ability to pay and more. Prior to joining Green and Spiegel, Ashley worked as a Law Clerk for three years assisting multinational and domestic corporations, as well as individuals, from several industries including Information Technology, Academia, Business, Transport, and Health.
