About the AUTHOR
David Clough is a born and bred Yorkshireman, proud of his county, its history and its people. His interests are writing, cricket, fishing and football.
He is the author of award-winning short stories, most recently as a finalist in the Colm Tóibín International Short Story Award.
David currently has three novels in preparation for publication.
He has written many plays and musicals and was for a time Associate Writer at the Royal Court Theatre in London. His plays have always been well-received and popular with audiences.
Now that David has retired he is, at last, getting round to publishing some of his works. Hopefully, this is the first of many.
