Nonprofit Brings New Moms and Experienced Moms Together for a Networking Event

Cary, NC, April 17, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Unexpected, a non-profit organization based in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, with a core mission to provide support services for young, first time mothers, is hosting its first free Mom & Me Networking Event on May 4, 2019 from 2-4pm at the Herbert C. Young Community Center in Cary, North Carolina.

This is a kid-friendly event where new moms and experienced moms can come together and get to know each other while the kids hang out at the craft stations making Mother’s Day gifts for mom. In addition, there will be story time and a dessert bar for the kids, and a professional photographer ready to take individual portraits of mom and child(ren).

This event will help mothers in our community realize that there are many different paths to gaining that support and they are not alone in needing it.
