MONSTERBASS Raises $1 Million Seed Round

Los Angeles, CA, April 28, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Former Lucky Tackle Box Co-Founder Named President & CEO announced today that the company has completed a $1 million dollar seed round, with a company option of an additional $1 million follow-on round, to launch a new online service aimed at catching the nearly 20 million Americans who participate in recreational bass fishing each year. The company is set to launch on May 1, 2019.

The investment group leading the round also named Rick Patri, the co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Lucky Tackle Box, as it’s new President & CEO. Reporting directly to the investment group and it’s Board of Directors, Patri will immediately be tasked with developing the brand and infrastructure to support its US growth efforts.
