Soprano Design Secures Telstra Integrated Messaging Contract
Sydney, Australia, March 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Leading Australian software company Soprano Design today announced that it had signed an agreement with Telstra Corporation (ASX:TLS) for the provision of Telstra’s next generation of enterprise and government messaging solution to be known as “Telstra Integrated Messaging powered by Soprano” (TIM).
TIM is based on the SOPRANO Mobile Enterprise Messaging Suite (MEMS) and is combined with Telstra’s carrier-grade messaging network. The initial release of TIM includes SOPRANO Campaign Manager (which includes SOPRANO Desktop, SOPRANO Desktop+ and SOPRANO Broadcast), SOPRANO StaffMatch and SOPRANO Mobile Authenticator.
SOPRANO Mobile Enterprise Messaging Suite (MEMS) provides mobile network operators with a growing suite of sophisticated value added mobile messaging applications to increase SMS, MMS and Email revenue. Enterprise and government customers use SOPRANO MEMS to run interactive mobile marketing campaigns, automate job offers and shift confirmations, provide 2-factor authentication to secure online transactions, schedule appointment reminders to improve appointment attendance, and issue barcodes for product promotion and ticketed events.
