Rodeo FX Welcomes Marie-Eve Mainville as Its New Vice President Talent Management & People Development

Montreal, Canada, May 17, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Rodeo FX is announcing the hiring of Marie-Eve Mainville as the company’s new Vice President Talent Management & People Development to oversee the visual effects house’s close to 600 artists across the world. Marie-Eve brings with her more than 17 years of experience in human resource leadership roles across diverse industries, along with a recognized expertise in organizational effectiveness.

In this evolved role within Rodeo FX’s executive team, Marie-Eve will lead the HR department using innovative and agile talent management strategies to support the growth and development of Rodeo FX. Her responsibilities include updating and optimizing the company’s HR management processes, organizational structure and the implementation of innovative skill development programs.

Previously Vice President of Human Resources at Gurus Solutions, Marie-Eve has also held leadership roles in human resources at Heenan Blaikie, Fersten Worldwide Inc., and the Just for Laughs Group before joining Rodeo FX. Marie-Eve holds a Master of Science, Management and Organizational Development from Laval University and a Graduate Diploma in Management Consulting from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
