Yardstick Management Expands Leadership Team with the Appointment of Several Talented Senior Consultants
Yardstick Management Welcomes Jeana Brown, Melanie Calhoun and Gil Rodriguez to Leadership Team.
Atlanta, GA, May 18, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Yardstick Management announced today the appointment of three Senior Consultants who will serve an instrumental role in the firm’s pursuit of operational excellence and sustainable measurable impact on its current client roster in the Education, Corporate, and Nonprofit sectors.

The recent hires symbolize Yardstick Management’s commitment to serving its multi-industry clientele featuring renowned independent schools, global tech giants, and several nationally recognized nonprofits. The strategic additions add diverse and enriched professional perspectives to Yardstick’s current human capital roster.
Melanie Calhoun joins the Yardstick team as an acclaimed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert. Calhoun brings years of corporate expertise in brand and product marketing. In 2018, Melanie served as a researcher in the Relationships and Social Cognition Lab at the University of California, Berkeley’s Psychology Department. Calhoun’s educational background includes undergraduate and MBA degrees from the Sybil Mobley School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University, where she also served as an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. Prior to UC Berkeley, Calhoun spent 15 years in global marketing and sales leadership roles in the Medical Device industry where she consistently led companies to exponential growth in domestic and international markets. Calhoun’s marketing and sales background, coupled with her DEI expertise makes her and invaluable resource to Yardstick’s global operations.

Rodriguez’ past large scale marketing campaigns translate into a tremendously valuable asset to several of Yardstick’s key clients. Rodriguez brings solid expertise in developing and conveying key brand messages in interactive, digital, print and experiential multimedia formats. Gil’s educational background includes a B.A. from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Communications from St. Thomas University. Among recent accomplishments, Gil developed a nationally recognized social awareness project and earned numerous leadership certifications from Northwestern University, Dartmouth College and MIT.
