Jo To Go America, Inc. Rolls Out "Phase Two" of Jo To Go Coffee/Taco Flamingo Co-Brand Concept

Green Bay, WI, March 30, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Jo To Go America, Inc. has rolled out the second phase of development of the franchise's new co-brand concept. Taco Flamingo and Jo To Go Coffee now offers a catering program to put the spice back into board meetings, staff meetings, parties, or any other get-together.

“Rich in flavor, Mexican food is number one in America right now,” commented Jo To Go America President Dick DuBois. “So why would you serve your clients and friends a hot ham sandwich with a scoop of potato salad? At Taco Flamingo, we’re offering a bold option.”

Taco Flamingo customers can choose from four catering menu options: freshly wrapped and grilled burritos, the Taco Bar, the Nacho Bar or the Salad Bar. Catering packages start at $8.49 per person, and include beverage options, delivery and set-up.

Ingredients in Taco Flamingo menu items include 100% Angus steak, as well as seasoned chicken, pork or fish. All vegetables -- tomatoes, lettuce, onions and cilantro -- are bought fresh and chopped by hand. Tortilla chips are fried and seasoned at the store throughout the day.

“You can’t beat the quality of the food, and the set-up of our catering program makes it very convenient,” commented DuBois. “We do almost everything except eat the food for you.”

Every catering order is assigned a delivery coordinator who sets up the entire spread. Nearly everything is disposable, so clean-up is quick and easy. And Taco Flamingo only requires 24 hour notice for parties of up to 50 people.
