Colette Miller Watkins Targets Mature, Diverse Audiences with Her Debut Novel, "Lost and Found Again"
Chicago, IL, May 29, 2019 --(PR.com)-- "Lost and Found Again," the debut romance novel from Colette Miller Watkins, tells the tale of a sexy African-American couple who rediscover each other after 20 years and find love. Geared to mature readers of romance stories, it is available from Garden Avenue Press at Amazon.com on May 28, 2019.
"Lost and Found Again" is the first book in the "Love At Any Age" series. The series features characters who are at least 45 years of age and seeks to provide diverse content for romance consumers in the upper age range of the readership demographic. According to industry statistics, the primary readers of romance novels are 84% women and 16% men, who are aged 30-54 and college-educated. 46% of romance consumers read one book a week.
“I write books that cater to an unrecognized segment of avid romance consumers, who want to read more stories about people closer to their age group. I want to inspire recognition that love is not limited to people under 40. Love can find you at any age, yet current romance novels rarely tell these stories,” Miller Watkins stated.
