As an accounting major from Walsh College in Metro Detroit, Brandon knows how to underwrite deals and how to effectively price properties to sell in efficient time frames. Brandon’s clients range from single property owners to major developers all across the country.

While working toward his degree at Walsh College, Brandon got his real estate license and did residential real estate on the side. After leaving Walsh, Abdelnour jumped right into single tenant industrial leasing at a regional industrial and office firm where he focused in the Metro Detroit region. His past experience with leasing gives him a solid foundation in what investors look for in a lease, as well as the ability to underwrite and thoroughly understand the landlord responsibilities that can come with acquiring an asset.

Marcel Sarkisian specializes in the single tenant acquisitions and dispositions of Industrial and Office investment assets throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Encore, Marcel spent two years with a regional Industrial and Office firm where he specialized on leasing and sales of Industrial and Office properties.

He gained valuable experience in tenant and landlord lease representation, sale-leaseback and general advisory services. Marcel’s ambitious drive, entrepreneurial mindset and providing clients with sound advice are the pillars on which he plans on building his reputation.
