UCP of Greater Cleveland's 33rd Annual Golf Tournament Takes Place Monday, June 3rd

Cleveland, OH, May 31, 2019 --(PR.com)-- UCP of Greater Cleveland Announces 33rd Annual “Tee Up for UCP” Golf Tournament.

Fundraising Event Takes Place This Monday, June 3rd at Canterbury Golf Club.

UCP of Greater Cleveland is proud to announce the 33rd annual “Tee Up for UCP” Golf Tournament this Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Canterbury Golf Club (22000 South Woodland Road Beachwood, OH 44122). The tournament, which attracts support from corporations and philanthropic partners throughout Northeast Ohio, is at capacity with 33 foursomes comprised of new and returning supporters. We would like to give a special thank you to Medical Mutual for their continued support over the past four years as the Presenting Sponsor.

UCP of Greater Cleveland is committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities by providing tools and resources that showcase what they CAN do. Services are offered to individuals regardless of their financial circumstance, and all dollars raised through the “Tee Up for UCP” Golf Tournament directly impact programming for over 1,300 children and adults with disabilities throughout Northeast Ohio.

All participants are encouraged to arrive early for registration beginning at 11:00am. Mulligans and Skins Games will be available for purchase during this time. The tournament will commence at 12:30pm with a Shotgun Start and will include skills contests consisting of longest drive, closest to the pin and two hole-in-one prizes. Lunch and dinner will be provided for all participants.

The mission of UCP of Greater Cleveland is to empower children and adults with disabilities to advance their independence, productivity and inclusion in the community. The nonprofit organization employs 200 individuals offering comprehensive pediatric therapy and family supports through LeafBridge, A Center of Excellence for Children, and community integration and employment supports through OakLeaf, A Center of Excellence for Adults.
