TechFlow Awarded Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence Contract Through Health and Human Services Program Support Center

The Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Will Enable Multiple Agencies to Transform Business Processes with Artificial Intelligence

San Diego, CA, June 01, 2019 --(PR.com)-- TechFlow, a forward-thinking logistics and digital services solutions company, today announced it is one of the awardees of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center’s Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. This five-year period of performance contract has a maximum ceiling value of $49 million.

The Program Support Center (PSC) estimates that IAAI will enable the government to run smarter, faster and more efficient. This contract is open to all federal agencies and it is the PSC’s intention to enable the public sector to shift from “low value” to “high value” tasks by automating tasks and adopting innovative solutions utilizing advanced technologies including AI and machine learning.

“This contract vehicle introduced by HHS is a smart and effective way to get emerging technology introduced into government,” said Greg Godbout, TechFlow Chief Digital Officer. “It allows for discovery and proof of concept and reduces government uncertainty in a controlled environment. The ability to start with these incremental task orders will give the public sector the confidence to push forward and begin disrupting the status quo.”

TechFlow has demonstrated success within the Federal space developing prototypes, pilots, and production AI solutions for advanced automated analytics, Natural Language Processing, pattern recognition, computer visioning, neural networks, automation, big data analytics, cloud computing, containerization, and microservices architecture.

“Initiatives like PSC’s IAAI give us opportunities to introduce and scale innovative technologies merged with traditional services to optimize support of mission areas,” said Mark Carter, TechFlow President and COO. “For example, at DHS, we are integrating logistics and IAAI capabilities to deliver a more efficient service. We see prime opportunities for this type of integration in the health markets, acquisition processes and other key HHS mission areas.”

“TechFlow has been successfully launching new technologies into the government since our founding,” said Robert Baum, TechFlow CEO. “We are committed to being ‘Always Ahead’ with emerging technology and leveraging its effectiveness. Our contracts at the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), General Services Administration (GSA), and HHS Centers for Disease Control (CDC) illustrate a long history of delivering optimized services on top of new innovation.”
