Richard has been with this firm for over 8 years.
Mr. Wagner is an experienced vice president with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry. His skills include DMAIC, value stream mapping, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), lean manufacturing, Kaizen, operational excellence, and quality management. He travels to manufacturing plants internationally to evaluate facilities and help implement process improvement, better productivity and improve launch speeds. He also hires employees as needed.
Richard obtained a B.S. in Industrial Management Technology/Technician from Central Michigan University in 1974. He is safety certified and skilled in Six Sigma. Previously, he served as a plant manager for the Ford Motor Company for over 28 years and then in lean manufacturing at Lean Wheels for 3 years.
Mr. Wagner is a member of the A.A.R.P. In his spare time, he enjoys Detroit Lions football.
