The mission of Above & Beyond Athletics is to create an educational and athletic system for student-athletes from all economic backgrounds, and preparing them to become great leaders in their school, sport, and communities. What is unique about ABA is the opportunity for student-athletes to solidify their own set of personal objectives.
At ABA, students identify where they are today, identify where they want to be, and work, with guidance and support, to develop a plan to get there. This plan goes beyond their chosen sport, and integrates the classroom, their potential career, their community, and in their personal life.
“Above & Beyond Athletics is the type of environment that fosters personal accountability within each student-athlete,” said Brittney Thomas, CEO of Above & Beyond Athletics. “We work hard - together - to ensure our athletes achieve their fullest potential. We have great confidence that our graduates will find personal success both on and off the court.”
In addition to Thomas, the Above & Beyond Athletics staff is comprised of industry powerhouses Stephanie Anderson, Director of Student-Athlete Development, and Shea Frazee, Director of Basketball Development.
