New Rochelle, NY, June 12, 2019 --(PR.com)-- P.O.R. Products, Inc. announces the promotion of Jason Anagnostis to President and Chief Technical Officer. In his new role, Dr. Anagnostis will oversee day-to-day business operations for all departments as well as lead brand strategy and product development for P.O.R. Products. The company manufactures and markets the POR-15 brand of automotive restoration products and is now launching a new line of automotive refinish products.

In his position as Vice President and General Manager at P.O.R. Products for the past seven years, Anagnostis was instrumental in growing the POR-15 Brand as a groundbreaker in rust preventive and restoration coatings. Anagnostis joined P.O.R. Products after nine years at Benjamin Moore Paints where he was Technical Director of Complimentary Coatings. In that role he managed the development team and its agreements and relationships while overseeing business-to-business development with strategic vendors and other key partners.

Anagnostis holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and has 17 years of industry experience, spanning the design and formulation of UV curable, architectural, industrial, and automotive finishes. His skills, expertise, and enthusiasm for car culture, auto restoration, and coatings technology development will continue to help grow the business and strengthen the family-feel of P.O.R. Products and its solid reputation with its customers.
