Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria Anticipates Raising $200,000 with June Giveback Tuesday Event
Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria is approaching their much anticipated goal of raising $200,000, in total, for local charities with their upcoming June Giveback Tuesday event.
St. Louis, MO, June 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria is approaching their much anticipated goal of raising $200,000, in total, for local charities with their upcoming June Giveback Tuesday event. This month, instead of occurring at one location, the event will take place at both the Rock Hill and Town & Country locations to tip the scales of this important benchmark. Specifically, the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter will benefit from funds raised on Tuesday, June 25.
Every month, Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria features a local nonprofit charity and donates 100 percent of profits from the entire day to the charity. Lunch, dinner, drinks, and carryout are all included. So far, Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria has donated $198,723 to local nonprofit organizations.
Funds raised from this Giveback Tuesday will be used to support “The Longest Day” event, under Dale Rossan and team. Funds donated to local Longest Day participant efforts support the local chapter.
“Currently, more than 110,000 people in Missouri are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and over 314,000 family and friends are providing care,” says Betsy Morgan-Brown of the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter. “We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families.”
The Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays. Happy Hour specials run Sunday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. Carryout orders are also available.
