iCARE Home Health Welcomes New Chief Operations Officer
Antoinette Larizza M.A. has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer at iCare Home and Health in Oakville, ON.
Oakville, Canada, June 26, 2019 --(PR.com)-- iCare Home Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Antoinette Larizza as the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
This role will provide guidance and management required to execute on the operational strategies critical to the success of iCare Home Health growth strategy. The COO will oversee the introduction of new products and services aligned with the newly announced Ontario Health Teams (OHT); iCare Home Health expansion into Scarborough and Durham region; and the deployment of the digital health strategy in collaboration with Health Espresso Inc.
Antoinette has served as the Interim Senior Director and Sub-region Director at the Central East Local Health Integration Network (Central East LHIN) from 2015-2018. During this time at the Central East LHIN she was instrumental in facilitating the Ministry’s Patients First community consultation events in Lindsay, Havelock and Scarborough. She played a part in championing the Emergency Management Leads Table to support a system response to pressures experienced in the LHIN and the province (e.g., Holiday Surge, Syrian Refugee Response).
Prior to this Antoinette was a Senior Consultant with the Toronto Central LHIN. Her role included supporting the provincial Primary Care Physician Health Human Resource Planning Group (PCPG) in understanding the impact of near retiring physicians on residents and the health care system. As well, she also a participated on the Toronto Funders Table, a regional funding table developing strategies for collaborative funding and quality improvement initiatives.
