DAVACO Names Tiffany Stringfellow to Director of Human Resources

Dallas, TX, April 02, 2008 --(PR.com)-- DAVACO, Inc., the national leading provider of retail services, recently announced that Tiffany Stringfellow has been named the director of human resources. In this role, she is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, benefit and insurance programs, and the administration of all policies and procedures across the company. She reports to Gerry Geddis, president and COO of DAVACO.

Stringfellow joined DAVACO in April 2007 as the HR manager for field operations, where she was responsible for field recruiting, training initiatives and communication of HR programs for DAVACO’s over 600 remote employees across the country. Prior to joining DAVACO, she was employed for a medical device company, Sanmina-SCI, and Ultratech Stepper, a international supplier of semi-conductors. In these roles, Stringfellow provided consultation, guidance and support in all areas of employee relations, as well as staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations and acquisitions.

Stringfellow received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas and is a member of Society for Human Resources Management and Multiple Sclerosis Society.
