Professional Stagers Speak Out and Show Support for Their Trade Association in Record Breaking Numbers

San Francisco, CA, April 02, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Real Estate Staging Association (RESA™) is the Trade Organization for Professional Real Estate Stagers. RESA launched in April 2007 and in one short year they have reached 1,089 members in North America. “During the month of March we had a record breaking 54 new members,” said, Shell Brodnax, RESA’s CEO.

RESA has recently launched their equivalent of a Better Business Bureau program for Professional Stagers called the Staging Excellence Alliance and they are currently working on launching a Continuing Education Program for Professional Stagers. The program will provide affordable courses on various subjects that will improve the business skills of the professional stager. The continuing education courses will be provided by many of the current core foundation training programs and made available to current stagers through the RESA Continuing Education Program.

RESA is also launching a Certified Staging Mentor™ Designation in the spring. The program will allow professional stagers with a successful staging business for more than 2 years to mentor rookie stagers, giving them some vital hands on experience and support.

Currently they are holding the first ever of its kind Staging Competition called “Stager Idol”. The final five contestants should be announced any day. Contestants competed from all over North America.
