Miller Architects & Builders Celebrates Groundbreaking at Temperance Lake Ridge

Sherburn, MN, June 26, 2019 --(PR.com)-- A groundbreaking ceremony was held to officially mark the beginning of construction on Temperance Lake Ridge Phase II Memory Care addition. Facility residents, community members and planning stakeholders were present for the occasion.

While sections of the facility will be renovated with new flooring and finishes, 14 beds will be added tot he memory care side of the facility, doubling its capacity. The new addition will include a living room, dining room, activity room, spa room, fireplace sitting areas, staff break room, and an attached garage where the bus can park and where the ambulance can pull in to pick up tenants. A new wellness center will also replace the existing center and will be available to residents and the community. Other features include a moss wall and interactive bubble columns for the residents. Completion is scheduled for the spring of 2020.
