New Real Estate Listings Sharing Tool Launching
Until now, sharing listings through an MLS has meant sharing everything, with everyone, and with a fixed fee split. But that's all in the past - ChoiceMLS is a new platform for sharing listings with (or from) chosen business partners without the expense or complication of extra website development.

Data feed creator XML2U.com is about to launch a simple to operate partnering facility for agents & brokers, to be called ChoiceMLS. By simply adding a single line snippet of code to their website, a real estate agent or broker will be able to display one or more "partner" agents/brokers’ listings on an partner-by-partner agreed commercial arrangement.
ChoiceMLS will work for agents and brokers anywhere in the world, and facilitate the sharing of listings with no technical intervention. Agents and brokers will be able to share with other agents and brokers both locally and in other countries to offer a multi-national portfolio.
Unlike traditional MLSs each agent or broker will be able to choose his or her partners. They would not have to accept a blanket reciprocal arrangement or be faced with high membership fees.
ChoiceMLS will also provide the facility for a multiple branch brokerage to display all properties through a single website, without the need for a bespoke and potentially expensive database, search function or feed importer.
