Continuing efforts to strengthen labor resources in the market, centers in Snyder, Texas will be consolidated. SLP Operations LLC has merged Snyder Healthcare and Snyder Oaks Care Center to now operate as Snyder Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This center will preserve and expand access to quality care and dedicated resources.
Snyder, TX, July 08, 2019 --(PR.com)-- SLP Operations, LLC (SLPO), operator of 24-hr skilled nursing and rehabilitative care centers in Texas and Oklahoma, announced that, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen labor resources in the market, centers in Snyder, Texas will be consolidated. The company has merged Snyder Healthcare and Snyder Oaks Care Center to now operate as Snyder Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This center will preserve and expand access to quality care and dedicated resources.

Snyder Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will focus on enhancing and improving its skilled nursing and rehabilitative care services, by offering better staffing ratios for direct patient care. The center will be managed by Administrator Micki Brittain and Director of Nursing Heather Matchett.
SLPO has communicated plans to all associates and residents, as consolidation is expected to be completed by Fall 2019. The company has offered residents the opportunity for relocation to Snyder Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center or a Skilled Nursing Center closer to their family. SLPO estimate fewer than 1% will discontinue employment.
Snyder Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will be located at the 210 37th Street, Snyder, TX 79459-5199, where Snyder Oaks Care Center was recently occupied.
