JOA Pre-Qualified by the City of Los Angeles as a Real Estate and Economic Development Consultant
JOA is one of a select group of businesses to be approved by the City of Los Angeles for Master Planning, Site Planning and Project Management.
Newport Beach, CA, July 10, 2019 --(PR.com)-- JOA, a leading provider of project and construction management in Southern California, announced today that is has been approved as a pre-qualified Real Estate and Economic Development Consultant by the City of Los Angeles. This pre-qualification will last for three years, with two one-year extension options.
JOA has been selected to provide services in the areas of Master Planning, Site Planning and Project Management. Services requested may include a wide variety of asset management efforts, including redevelopment of existing commercial properties, planning for construction of new joint-use City facilities, and the re-use or redevelopment of existing City facilities that are underutilized or in need of capital improvements. Services may also include evaluation and optimization of the City’s lease portfolio as well as disposition and development of vacant land owned by the City or the former redevelopment agency.
