Kohala Enterprises to be Acquired by Azureient Corporation
Auzreient Corporation acquires Kohala Enterprises, Ltd. in an undisclosed deal as Azureient prepares for its first Offering to investors.
Honolulu, HI, July 14, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Kohala Enterprises, Ltd. has announced that Azureient Corporation will take over as majority shareholder of the company. This news comes as both companies reach an agreement with previous majority shareholder Fernandes Properties, LLC.
As of August 1, 2019, Kohala will officially transition to its new ownership under Azureient. This marks a significant chapter for Kohala, which has struggled to find investors despite a strong business plan and its own Regulation D Offering launched last year. The company states that focus on finding investors has been lacking due to its newer position in the hospitality industry.
During the transition, Kohala will be undergoing its own internal changes in preparation for a capital injection by Azureient, expected to be announced in the 4th quarter of 2019. Kohala will maintain its presence in Honolulu. No word on whether the company will be dropping its Regulation D Offering has been announced, but the company has put off any investments during the transition period which begins July 12, 2019.
