HR4VR Hires Deborah Allen for New HR Business Partner Role to Serve Rapid Client Growth
Bend, OR, July 18, 2019 --(PR.com)-- HR4VR announced today it has hired Deborah Allen to serve in the company’s newly created HR business partner position. She will work together with property management clients on the administration of their HR practices and policies with a focus on systems, teams, and people analytics.
“This is a critical position for the company, and Deborah brings a strong skill set and proven experience that complements our current team,” said Sue Jones, owner of HR4VR. “Having worked with Deborah previously, I am extremely impressed with her work and have complete faith in her ability to manage relationships with clients with the same type of honesty and candor that our clients expect. I have no doubt she will hit the ground running with adding immediate value.”
Founded in 2012 and originally known as the KLS Group, HR4VR provides human resources services to vacation rental managers to help them optimize their businesses through people, policies and planning. Allen will join Jones and client services manager Stephanie Monfa as the third fulltime member of the team. She will be responsible for analyzing and advising clients on the administration of their human resources policies, procedures and practices, as well as contributing to client materials and resources.
HR4VR added the HR business partner position to keep up with increasing client demand. With Allen on the team, clients can expect additional services to assist them and their teams with managing their human resources.
“I'm thrilled to join the HR4VR team and to be a part of a thriving company that I have been watching Sue build for years,” Allen said. She previously served as a nonprofit administrator for eight years where she led several initiatives building systems and teams. In recent years, she has specialized in HR for vacation rental managers through her work with Jones on various programs for HR4VR.
“I loved HR4VR's clients immediately,” Allen said. “Many build their companies to a certain point and then realize ‘Wait, do I have my people strategies and systems in place to protect and grow my company and its people?’ This is a critical, and sometimes vulnerable, position. In that moment, I find the actual work together begins.”
Allen is excited to develop client relationships and share her experience, particularly with people analytics. Using data as a tool to know where to focus their valuable time and to make objective decisions quickly is a must, she said.
Jones will continue to serve as the face of the business and work with clients but will now have the added ability to focus on the strategic growth of the company and its relationships. She will also lead the development of new products and services.
Monfa’s focus will shift to supporting clients with project related initiatives and customer service, as well as taking over full responsibility for the company’s sales, marketing, accounting, conference planning, and events.
