Toll Brothers Colorado Honored for Second Year in Best Workplace Awards

Denver, CO, July 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Toll Brothers Colorado was recently recognized by the Denver Business Journal for the second year in its “Best Workplace” awards. Toll Brothers retained the number one builders spot and moved up two places to the second best overall large company to work for in Denver.

The awards recognize companies in the Denver area providing the top workplace environment and engaging their teams. Employees for each nominated company were asked to complete the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey, which measures 10 key engagement categories. Those include team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. In order to gather statistically sound results, companies had to reach a minimum level of employee participation, based on total number of employees, to be eligible to be named a finalist.

Toll Brothers started building luxury homes in Colorado in 2000, and has 14 communities under construction from Fort Collins to Douglas County. The company has 130 employees and growing in Colorado.

“There are many things we do to engage employees in our company,” says Mark Bailey, Toll Brothers Colorado Division President. “Most recently, employees participated in the Denver Bike to Work Day. We also raise money together for community causes such as participating in Tour for the Cure Bike Ride for the American Diabetes Association, Alex’s Lemonade Days for Childhood Cancer Research and growing mustaches for the Movember Campaign to increase awareness of men’s health issues.

“People are attracted to work with Toll Brothers because of the great reputation in the industry,” Bailey says. “People stay with Toll Brothers because it truly is an amazing place to work.”
