The TOROSIETE Museum of Contemporary Art and Art Fort Lauderdale announce partnership to provide a virtual docent and interactive online gallery of all works being shown at the 2020 fair.
Fort Lauderdale, FL, July 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- The TOROSIETE Museum of Contemporary Art and Art Fort Lauderdale have formed a partnership for the 4th Annual Art Fort Lauderdale 2020, “The Art Fair in the Water,” during Fort Lauderdale Art & Design Week in January 23-26, 2020.
Art Fort Lauderdale (http://artftlauderdale.com) is a revolutionary art fair hosted at properties on the intracoastal waterways in Fort Lauderdale - incorporating a different approach to view and interact with art. This 4-day curated Art Fair transports attendees on an artistic journey along the famed Intracoastal waterways via water taxi with stops at multiple vacant luxury waterfront properties that feature mostly independent artists (not represented by a gallery) and established galleries exhibiting various styles and methods of art that reflect the past, the present and the future.

The TOROSIETE Museum of Contemporary Art is an On-Line Fine Art Museum (http://torosiete.museum/) that features contemporary artists curated from all over the world. The Museum creates 3D Virtual and Interactive Exhibitions of emerging artists works that can be experienced anywhere and anytime. Users can navigate through virtual gallery spaces and interact with the exhibitions from desktop computers and mobile devices.
The TOROSIETE Museum will be creating a special “wing” in their museum to catalog all of the artists and their works that will be on display during the fair. Attendees will be able to view in real-time Artist Statements, Bios and CV’s, detailed description of each work and videos of the artists talking about their works (where available) simply by using their phone’s camera to scan a tag associated with each work. The online interface will also feature a Virtual Docent that will provide guests with a “guided tour” experience from their mobile device and the ability to chat live with Art Fort Lauderdale associates about any of the works or questions during the fair. What’s more, the interface will allow the guests to purchase the works directly with their phone – thereby speeding up the purchasing process and putting more information in the hands of the guests.
With TOROSIETE being an online museum with its own collection of artists, the team from this revolutionary museum will be creating its own physical exhibit at the fair, featuring original works from their own museum artists’.
