Lehnert Named President of Southwest Florida Real Estate Council

Fort Myers, FL, July 21, 2019 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Michael Lehnert has been named President of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Council. In association with The Fund, the Council is comprised of attorneys to help all professionals involved in the real estate industry thrive. The next educational and networking event is a CLE on August 6 at the Collaboratory in downtown Fort Myers and will feature a discussion on “Recent Real Property Case Law and its Impact on Your Practice.”

Lehnert concentrates his practice assisting property owners, lenders and builders with commercial and residential development, acquisitions, finance, survey matters, title insurance, and commercial leases. He is also a regular writer on the firm’s Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate blog.

Lehnert also serves as Chairman of the Lee County Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters (“BBBS”). He is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society, Urban Land Institute, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Lee County Bar Association.
